Wyndham Clark rolls in birdie to expand lead in Round 2 of U.S. Open
The third major championship of the season is here, and the stage is set for an incredible week as the game’s best descend upon Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, New York.
Wyndham Clark sets the Shinnecock Hills 36-hole course record and sits at 7-under par with a four-shot lead heading into the weekend. Four players are tied for second at 3 under, including two-time major champion Xander Schauffele and 2022 U.S. Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick, while Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler are both even par.
