Q: Where can I watch PGA TOUR LIVE coverage?
A: NBC Sports Gold is the new home of PGA TOUR LIVE content. That includes all of the Featured Group and Featured Hole content you’ve come to love.Q: What is NBC Sports Gold?
A: NBC Sports Gold is a subscription live streaming product from NBC Sports Digital. Users are able to purchase individual packages of content for a specific sport or league like the “Premier League Pass” or “Cycling Pass”. Beginning next year users will be able to purchase PGA TOUR LIVE on the NBC Sports Gold Service.Q: Where do I purchase PGA TOUR LIVE on NBC Sports Gold?
A: Visit https://www.nbcsports.com/gold/pga-tour-live to sign up for your 2018-2019 season.Q: Which platforms is NBC Sports Gold currently available on?
A: NBC Sports Gold will be available on web, iOS, Android, Windows 10, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, tvOS, Xbox and Select Samsung TVs.Q: How much will PGA TOUR LIVE cost on NBC Sports Gold?
A: PGA TOUR LIVE is a subscription service available for $9.99 per month through NBC Sports Gold. Fans may also purchase a full season pass to PGA TOUR LIVE for $64.99 per year.Q: When will coverage begin and what tournaments are you covering?
A: PGA TOUR LIVE will cover 28 events from the FedExCup season beginning at the CareerBuilder Challenge (Jan 17-20, 2019) thru the TOUR Championship (Aug 22-25, 2019). This excludes the majors (The Masters, U.S. Open, The Open Championship, PGA Championship) and alternate-field events.Q: Does my NBC Sports Gold subscription include other live sports?
A: No, each sport on NBC Sports Gold is sold individually so you can subscribe just to the content you want.Q: I’m a current subscriber, do I need to do anything with my subscription?
A: This will depend on where you purchased your subscription. We’ve detailed the options below. We’re working hard to make this as seamless a transition as possible.Q: I purchased my subscription on web at PGATOURLIVE.com, what do I need to do?
A: Nothing, we’ll be able to transfer your subscription to NBC Sports Gold so you don’t miss a minute of the action in 2019.Q: Prior to December 1, 2018, I purchased PGA TOUR LIVE via iTunes or Google Play, what do I need to do?
A: When existing Apple subscribers update their current PGA TOUR LIVE app, they will be automatically transferred to the new NBC Sports Gold app. New and current PGA TOUR LIVE subscribers will be charged for a new subscription upon login. However, existing Apple subscribers should have received a pro-rated refund from Apple on January 1st or 2nd for any remaining entitlement charges on their existing PGA TOUR LIVE subscription. To check the status of a refund, users can call Apple Support at 1-800-275-2273 or submit a claim at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android users will also need to update their PGA TOUR APP to the new NBC Sports Gold App through Google Play. Existing PGA TOUR LIVE subscribers will need to create a new login, however, Android users will not be charged for a new subscription.Q: I am an Android user who was charged for a new subscription when I created my New NBC Sports Gold login. How can I get a refund?
A: All existing PGA TOUR Live subscribers using an Android should be able to keep their existing subscription free of charge during the transition to the new NBC Sports Gold app. For Android users who were charged for a new subscription upon creating their new NBC Sports Gold login, The TOUR and GOLFTV are actively working on processing refunds with Google. Users should expect refunds for any charges made on January 1st or later starting the week of January 14th.

Q: Where can I watch PGA TOUR LIVE coverage this season?
A: PGA TOUR LIVE will be available through GolfTV on both desktop and mobile devices starting in 2019. You can read more about our exciting new international golf service by clicking here.Q: What is the partnership with Discovery?
A: We’ve partnered with Discovery to build a new international multi-platform home for golf, delivering the sport’s most exciting moments, players and championships to passionate fans around the world on every screen and device. All of the same great PGA TOUR LIVE coverage will be available on GOLFTV.Q: Which platforms will the service be available on?
A: This differs based on country of viewer, but at a minimum the service will be available on web, iOS, Android, Chromecast and Apple TV (tvOS)

A: iOS (Apple) user accounts were migrated to the new GOLFTV platform on 1/1/19. Users will continue to be charged based on their pre-existing subscription but now have access to the new GOLFTV service in their territory. Android users will need to create a new account through GOLFTV, however, their pre-existing subscription will carry over to the new app automatically.Q: I have additional questions, where should I go?
