Scott Piercy and Billy Horschel shot a final-round 67 to win the Zurich Classic of New Orleans by one shot. Despite not recording a birdie over the final seven holes, the duo did just enough to take him the team title at TPC Louisiana.
They can look back at Horschel's wedge play during a two-hole stretch after the turn that proved to be the difference. Horschel hit his approach on the 10th from 148 yards to inside 2 feet for birdie, and then followed it up with a greenside bunker shot to kick-in birdie range on the 11th.
Horschel, who recently switched to PXG's new 0311T Gen2 irons, uses a combination of the company's 0311T Milled Sugar Daddy and Milled Zulu wedges. The 61-degree Zulu was designed by staffer Zach Johnson and incorporates a "steep initial angle with aggressive heel and toe relief" that makes it conducive to playing from tight, firm turf.
Here's a look at the equipment setups for both players.
