- The clubs Gary Woodland used to win the 2018 Waste Management Phoenix Open (Hally Leadbetter/PGA TOUR).
Gary Woodland won for the first time on the PGA TOUR since 2013 with a sudden-death playoff victory over Chez Reavie at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Woodland averaged 318.4 yards (T7) for the week with a TaylorMade M3 440 driver that went in the bag at the Farmers Insurance Open, but it was his strong play with a set of Titleist 716 MB irons and Vokey SM7/Callaway Mack Daddy PM Grind wedges that proved to be the difference.
After going out in 5-under 30 on the front nine, Woodland bogeyed the 11th and 14th before rebounding with three straight birdies on 15, 16 and 17. The highlight of the three-hole stretch came on the raucous par-3 16th, where Woodland laced his tee shot to 8 feet, setting up a must-make birdie he was able to convert.
Here's a look at Woodland's entire bag setup.
