Sergio Garcia (adidas Golf)
Sergio tees it up in a color palette fitting of a reigning Masters Champion. Throughout the tournament, he’ll sport two styles of polos from adidas Golf (the Ultimate365 and 3-Stripes Pique) and two shades of green (Aero Green and Hi-Res Green). The 3-Stripes Polos give the Spaniard a bit of variety in his wardrobe and the open weave allows air to flow through the shirt when the heat is on. The navy blue polo on Sunday is presumably a tip of the cap to Sergio’s hero, Seve Ballesteros, who was known to wear the color for final rounds.
Dustin Johnson (adidas Golf)
After a disappointing injury and WD at the 2017 Masters, DJ returns to Augusta National Golf Club with a mix of familiar colors and fresh styles. Navy blue has been a go-to color for Dustin over the years, and with the exception of a pop of green on Thursday, he’ll rely on it again. The polos selected for Thursday and Saturday fuse a modern heathered design with classic tipping on the collar. Friday and Saturday bring strong new looks for Johnson with engineered and wide rugby stripes respectively.
Jon Rahm (adidas Golf)
Rahm enters as one of the young twenty-somethings looking to slip on the Green Jacket. His script showcases the classic, yet sporty designs in adidas’ seasonal collection. Thursday and Friday see him in vibrant greens before moving to a business-like navy blue on Saturday. Look for him to wear his traditional red and gray Sunday kit.
Justin Thomas (Polo Ralph Lauren)
Justin Thomas heads to Augusta with a suitcase full of classic golf pieces in muted pastels. The mix of stripes and solids possesses a preppy All-American aesthetic. Saturday's performance seersucker pants put a technical twist on a traditional springtime fabric. JT saves the best for last, though. The light yellow pants would pair nicely with a Green Jacket.
Billy Horschel (RLX Ralph Lauren)
Billy Horschel never misses an opportunity to break out a pair of bold patterned trousers at a major. Such is the case on Friday when he will wear a colorful floral pattern that will complement Augusta’s azaleas. Sunday’s yellow and blue combo will certainly bring flashbacks of Jack Nicklaus’ winning outfit in 1986. The micro paisley print on the pants looks like a checked pattern from a distance.
Jordan Spieth (Under Armour)
Spieth has been experimenting with some different colors this spring, but he returns to his tried and true palette based in blues and grays for the Masters. Each day he’ll pair a Threadborne Polo with Under Armour’s Microthread technology with the brand’s new slim-fitting Microthread Tapered pant. This new, high-tech fabric dries faster, won’t cling, won’t chafe and stretches without absorbing sweat. Jordan will complete his look throughout the tournament with his signature UA Spieth 2 Shoe in various colorways.
Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Jason Day (Nike Golf)
Nike will have 17 players teeing it up at Augusta. All will be wearing Nike team colors inspired by the elements that can be seen over the stretch of the four-day tournament. On Thursday, Nike athletes will wear dark cloud-themed color polos before transitioning to lighter colors on Friday to signify the calm before the storm. Saturday sees Team Nike in a variety of blues to represent blue skies. Finally, on Sunday, they will don pink to match Augusta’s famous magnolia flowers. (Presumably, Tiger will stick with his traditional Victory Red on Sunday.)
Look for Jason Day to lace up Nike's new Tour Premiere footwear. The shoe features a cool new seamless integrated lacing system that provides a fast, easy lock down feeling and never comes untied. The shoe hits retail later this month.
Feeding into the magnolia theme, Nike is releasing a Magnolia Print Pack with limited-edition hats, shoes, and t-shirts. The brand's athletes will also be wearing the print on their footwear and matching head-to-toe looks for Wednesday's Par-3 Contest.
For those fans heading to Augusta, be sure to stop by Nike’s on-site mobile station to purchase and customize Nike apparel. The truck will be available starting on Wednesday, April 4 at 7 a.m. local time by the entrance close to Washington Road and Berkmans Road.
Rickie Fowler (Puma Golf)
Rickie will showcase the latest technology, freshest colors and newest kicks from Puma Golf. He opens the tournament in a limited edition colorway of the new IGNITE PWRADAPT Hi-Tops with a knit collar for a street-inspired look. The splash of Acid Lime on the shoes and his polo brings an edgy twist to the traditional Masters green. Friday and Saturday see Rickie in Marina Blue, an energetic hue that is perfect for a warm spring day. Fowler turns to his signature orange on Sunday. Instead of it being the predominant color in his outfit, he will use it as an accent against a gray backdrop.
Bryson DeChambeau (Puma Golf)
Bryson DeChambeau is best known for his signature driving caps. The old school lids will once again be the focal points of his outfits. Like Fowler, DeChambeau will feature hits of Puma’s Acid Green before going with a red, white and blue combo on Sunday. Look for him to complete his modern looks with the sporty IGNITE PWRADAPT Disc shoes each day.
Bubba Watson (Oakley)
Fresh off two recent PGA TOUR wins, Bubba arrives as a trendy pick to add a third Green Jacket to his wardrobe. He begins the tournament with an all-white kit, reminiscent of the outfits he wore during the 2012 Masters, which he won in a playoff. The rest of the week sees him in white pants and blue shirts. The real story will be his shoes. G/FORE is supplying him with colorful pink and green high-tops and floral print low-tops. Love them or hate them, expect no shortage of opinions on Bubba’s footwear selections on social media.
Kiradech Aphibarnrat (Fenix XCell)
Aphibarnrat will be feeling strong Augusta vibes with this bold and colorful script. Thailand-based Fenix XCell made the green and yellow polos specifically for his Masters appearance and the brand is selling them as limited edition pieces. Saturday’s red and blue kit is one Kiradech requested to show his Thai pride.
Louis Oosthuizen (Ping Apparel)
If you are looking for one of the trendy colors of the season, check out Louis Oosthuizen's apparel. This seafoam green has been a popular choice on the fairways this spring and it is perfect for a week at the Masters. The engineered stripes set an aggressive tone for the opening round. With temperatures expected to dip over the weekend, the Knowles Sweater will be a stylish and functional option for Sunday's final round.
Branden Grace (Peter Millar)
Branden Grace will feature many of the crisp new colors in Peter Millar’s Spring/Summer 2018 Collection. His best look comes on Saturday in the form of a dusty pink quarter-zip sweater layered over an intense Mambo Pink striped polo. If temperatures begin to drop on Friday, look for Grace to wear one of the key pieces in the Peter Millar Collection, a stretch suede micro-fleece knit pullover.
Chez Reavie (Peter Millar)
Spring layers are a big part of the apparel story for Peter Millar players. Reavie's cashmere quarter-zip on Thursday is fabricated from a luxurious yarn and the proprietary poly-plaited interior is used for dimensional stability and ease of layering. If needed, he will layer it over a trendy, yet sophisticated micro-patterned polo in a cool aqua hue. Another standout look for Chez is Saturday's bright and sporty striped pullover.
Si Woo Kim (Peter Millar)
Si Woo Kim has dialed in his fits since moving to Peter Millar earlier this year. At Augusta, expect Kim to stick with modern takes on classic designs. His best look is Saturday's Hybrid Sweater layered over a coordinating striped polo. The sweater is made from a soft mélange cotton fabric that features a windproof and water-resistant quilted polyester front panel. It is finished with a stand-up collar, two zip pockets and a two-way zip front closure for a refined look.
Daniel Berger (Lacoste)
Berger’s wardrobe for Augusta brings a sporty elegance to the fairways. The classic tipped collar polos on Thursday and Friday receive contemporary details with contrasting inner plackets and LACOSTE lettering on the sides. The traditional stripes on the weekend get an infusion of modern technology with an ultra-dry jersey fabric.
