Earned exempt status with rounds of 67-74-72-70 at the British Columbia Q-School.

Bayview Place DC Payments Open presented by Times Colonist

At the the Bayview Place Island Savings Open presented by Times Colonist, shot rounds of 64-67-64 to take a three stroke lead into the final round, then closed with a 5-under 65 on Sunday including a chip-in birdie on the 18th hole to capture his first Mackenzie Tour title by five strokes. The 20-under total of 260 set the then-record for lowest 72-hole score of the PGA TOUR era on the Mackenzie Tour.

RBC Canadian Open

As one of the top three on the Order of Merit through six events, earned an exemption into the RBC Canadian Open, his first-ever PGA TOUR event.

National Capital Open to Support Our Troops

Posted rounds of 65-64-70-70 at the National Capital Open to Support Our Troops to force a playoff with Brock Mackenzie. Bogeyed the third playoff hole to finish second but advanced from fifth to fourth in the Order of Merit.
