• Volunteer Uniform Distribution will take place on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18 at Sherwood Country Club from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on both days.
• Uniform Distribution will be conducted as a drive-thru process in the east lot of the Sherwood Country Club Clubhouse. Each volunteer will be sent a link to SignUpGenius and will need to pick a designated time slot within the hours outlined above to come and pick up the uniform package. The time slots will be available in 30-minute increments (i.e. 9:00-9:30, 9:30-10:00, etc.). A maximum of 25 volunteers may pick a given time slot.
• Uniforms will be organized by specific time slots, so you must show up at the time you picked in order to get your uniform package. You may have another person pick up your package if neither of the times work for you. Please email DavidUtlak@pgatourhq.com to give permission for another individual to pick up your uniform package.
• Exchanges will not be available on distribution days, but only during tournament week by request. Please email DavidUtlak@pgatourhq.com with a request should you need to exchange. Exchanges will be based on available inventory once distribution is complete.
