PGA TOUR season included 14 made cuts in 28 starts, with one top-10 finish. Wrapped up the season No. 137 in the FedExCup standings and failed to advance to the FedExCup Playoffs. Finished the Web.com Tour Finals with two starts, where he failed to make the cut in either event.
Among a pair of top-10 finishes was a top-five showing at the CIMB Classic in Malaysia in November 2016. For the second straight season, advanced to the FedExCup Playoffs.
Advanced to the FedExCup Playoffs for the first time in his career, making it through the first two Playoffs events. Entered the Playoffs at No. 118 in the standings, and saw the end of his season at No. 100 in the FedExCup standings. Season was highlighted by five top-25s included a top-five finish.
Despite three top-25 finishes including one top-10, failed to advance to the Playoffs after finishing 169th in the FedExCup standings.
Dedicated himself to maximizing his potential after doing a personal self-examination. Committed to a carefully constructed routine, and it paid off. Finished the season playing in 23 of 25 Web.com Tour events and performed with consistency throughout the year. Made 19 cuts, while recording a win, a runner-up and a third. Had eight top-10s and 15 top-25s. Left his best for last at the four-event Web.com Tour Finals, in which he finished T9, T16, T8 and won, remarkably leading two of them after 36 holes and being second after 36 in the other two. Officially secured his 2014-15 PGA TOUR card at the conclusion of the Regular Season in late-August (13th on the money list), setting up his return to the PGA TOUR, where he was a member in 2009. His Finals' earnings were $250,133. For the fourth Finals's event in a row was first or second at the halfway point, with a scoring average of 66.12 in those rounds. Was T2 on Tour in Putting (1.721), sixth in Birdie Average (4.22) and seventh in Scoring (69.33).
Made 20 starts on the Web.com Tour and made eight cuts. Finished the season 125th on the money list.
Played in 26 of 27 official events on the Web.com Tour and finished 68th on the money list after making the cut in 15 starts. Was inside the top 60 on the money list with three events left on the schedule, but withdrew from one and missed the cut in his final two to drop to No. 68.
Member of the PGA TOUR. Made the cut in eight of 25 starts, with one top-25 finish. Also made four Web.com Tour starts.
