Austin Eckroat
Personal
Favorite memory as a golf fan was seeing Tiger Woods win the 2007 PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma; he was 8 years old at the time.
Grew up a huge Oklahoma State fan and the family had football season tickets when he was growing up; he did not truly consider many other colleges and committed to Oklahoma State his freshman year of high school.

Helped Oklahoma State win the 2018 NCAA Championship as a true freshman alongside future PGA TOUR winners Viktor Hovland and Matthew Wolff, as well as multi-time Korn Ferry Tour graduate Kris Ventura and Zach Bauchou. Eckroat went 3-0 in match play, and Oklahoma State swept an Alabama team led by future PGA TOUR winners Lee Hodges and Davis Riley in the championship round.
