Helped start a junior golf foundation in Columbia, Missouri, the Columbia Golf Foundation. It teaches juniors who would otherwise not have introduction to the game due to their economic backgrounds. Some players have gone on to play for their high school and college golf teams.
Amateur Highlights
Held Missouri State scoring record for 54-hole event with -17 at George Washington Invitational at Bear Trap Dunes in Delaware.
