Grew up in Denmark about 20 minutes north of Copenhagen, the nation's capital.

Played badminton and soccer growing up, but around the time he was 13 years old he was selected for Denmark's developmental program and dropped both sports to focus on golf.

Teammates at Oklahoma State included PGA TOUR winners Austin Eckroat (three seasons -- 2018-21), Viktor Hovland (2018-19 season), and Matthew Wolff (2018-19 season).

Amateur Highlights

Played five seasons at Oklahoma State University (2018-23), where he earned one collegiate victory (2022 General Hackler Championship at Dunes Golf and Beach Club, host of the PGA TOUR's ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic).

Runner-up finisher at the 2020 Western Amateur, where he fell to Pierceson Coody in the championship match. Notably defeated Ricky Castillo in the semifinals.

Runner-up finisher at the 2022 European Amateur Championship.

Represented Denmark at the 2019 and 2022 European Amateur Team Championships. In 2019, Denmark lost in the semifinals to Sweden, which won the title with a team headlined by future PGA TOUR winners Ludvig Aberg and Vincent Norrman, as well as Korn Ferry Tour graduate Pontus Nyholm.

Represented Team International at the 2022 Arnold Palmer Cup, helping the team defeat the Americans in Switzerland. International teammates included future PGA TOUR winner Ludvig Aberg, as well as future Korn Ferry Tour graduates Adrien Dumont de Chassart and Christo Lamprecht.

Represented Denmark at the 2022 World Amateur Team Championship at Le Golf National in France.

Helped Denmark win the 2017 European Boys Team Championship alongside Rasmus and Nicolai Hojgaard. In the semifinals, Denmark defeated a Sweden team led by future PGA TOUR winner Ludvig Aberg. Previously represented Denmark at the 2016 European Boys Team Championship.
