Personal

His wife, Kitan Ajanaku, graduated law school and was inducted into Georgia State Law School's Order of the Coif, the national honor society of legal education.

He and his wife met at a golf party in college; she originally did not want to go to the party because she thought all golfers were short (she played volleyball at Georgia State).

Is involved with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, as well as the Sam Asbury Foundation as a result of losing a close friend to suicide in 2020.

Loves astronomy and astrophysics.

Loves watching English Premier League soccer.

Earliest golf memory was hitting golf balls in the tiny back garden with his mother's clubs at the family's first house.

Best golf memory was the first time he saw Tiger Woods at the 2003 The Open Championship at Royal St. George's Golf Club.

Marks his golf ball with a red pen in hopes of shooting red numbers.

Amateur Highlights

Played collegiately at Georgia State for four seasons (2012-16), winning four individual titles and earning 2016 Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year recognition. He also garnered four All-Sun Belt First Team laurels, in addition to being a 2013 All-America Honorable Mention and 2016 CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team selection.
