THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson
Won THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, his 14th PGA TOUR victory in his 139th start at the age of 28 years, 10 months, 13 days. Became the 72nd player in PGA TOUR history to reach 14 wins. Became the third player with a 72-hole score of 253, joining Ludvig Åberg (2023 RSM Classic) and Justin Thomas (2017 Sony Open in Hawaii). Marked fourth consecutive season with a win (four wins in 2022; two wins in 2023; seven wins in 2024; one win in 2025). Recorded his second TOUR victory in his home state of Texas (2022 World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play). Became the third wire-to-wire winner in CJ CUP Byron Nelson history (Mark Hayes/1976, Tom Watson/1980) and first on TOUR since Lee Hodges (2023 3M Open). Improved to 9-for-15 when leading/co-leading entering the final round in individual stroke-play events on TOUR. Led the field in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green (16.972) and Strokes Gained: Approach the Green (12.811).
PGA Championship
Won the PGA Championship by five strokes for third major championship and 15th PGA TOUR win in his 140th start. With the victory, became the 48th player with three or more major championships and 15th player to win the Masters Tournament and PGA Championship during career. Became the sixth player to have won the Masters Tournament, PGA Championship and THE PLAYERS Championship during career, joining Jack Nicklaus, Raymond Floyd, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Rory McIlroy. At the age of 28 years, 10 months, 27 days, became the third player (Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods) during the modern era to win 15 times on the PGA TOUR, including three majors, before the age of 29. The five-stroke win marked the largest at the PGA Championship since Rory McIlroy in 2012 (8) and he became the first player to win first three major championships by three or more strokes since Seve Ballesteros (1983). Won in back-to-back starts for the fourth time in his career and marked the fourth consecutive season with multiple wins (2022/4; 2023/2; 2024/7; 2025/2). Improved to 10-for-16 when leading/co-leading entering the final round in individual stroke-play events on TOUR.
the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday
Successfully defended his title at the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday with a final-round 70 to win by four strokes over Ben Griffin for his 16th career PGA TOUR title. Became the first player to successfully defend the Memorial Tournament since Tiger Woods (1999-2001) and first to defend a title on TOUR since his win at the 2024 PLAYERS Championship. Improved to 11-for-17 when holding the 54-hole lead/co-lead on TOUR and converted his ninth consecutive victory when holding the outright 54-hole lead.
The Open Championship
Earned his fourth PGA TOUR title and second major championship of the 2025 season, as he converted a four-stroke 54-hole lead into a four-stroke victory over runner-up Harris English at Royal Portrush. Also marked his 17th career PGA TOUR win. Totaled 17-under 267 with rounds of 68-64-67-68, making him the seventh Open Championship winner (and first since Collin Morikawa in 2021) to record four rounds in the 60s. Entered the week at No. 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking, making him the second player in history to win The Open Championship as the world No. 1 (Tiger Woods/2000, 2005, 2006). Became the first player in the modern major championship era to win his first four majors by three-plus strokes (2022 Masters Tournament/three, 2024 Masters Tournament/four, 2025 PGA Championship/five). Finished the 2025 season as the only player with a top-10 in all four major championships (4th/Masters Tournament, Won/PGA Championship, T7/U.S. Open).
BMW Championship
Earned his 18th PGA TOUR title and fifth win of the 2025 season at the BMW Championship. Began the final round four strokes behind 54-hole leader Robert MacIntyre and closed in 3-under 67, highlighted by a chip-in birdie at the par-3 17th, for a two-stroke victory. Marked his second TOUR victory in which he began the final round at least four strokes behind the 54-hole leader (2024 PLAYERS Championship/five strokes). Coupled with a seven-win season in 2024, became the first player since Tiger Woods (2005-07) to record five or more wins in back-to-back PGA TOUR seasons.
Procore Championship
Earned his 19th PGA TOUR title in what was his 150th career start on TOUR. Marked his sixth win of the 2025 season, which, coupled with his seven-win season in 2024, joined him with Tiger Woods as the only two players since 1983 with multiple seasons of six-plus wins on TOUR. Entered the final round two strokes behind 54-hole leader Ben Griffin and closed in 5-under 67 for a one-stroke victory, marking his fifth career win overcoming a 54-hole deficit of at least two strokes.
