Founded Marshall Davis, a winery along Oregon's Willamette Valley, with his brothers Ryan Marshall and Sean Davis in 2011; his brothers run the winery.

Earliest golf memory is his father, Bob, taking him to Teton Pines near Jackson Hole, Wyoming around the time he was 5 or 6 years old; the course's eighth hole was a short par 3 over water, and his dad would give him a candy bar if he cleared the water.
Favorite golf memory as a fan was watching Tiger Woods win a third consecutive U.S. Amateur title at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Oregon in 1996.
West Coast sports fan whose favorite teams include the San Francisco 49ers (NFL), Seattle Mariners (MLB), Portland Trail Blazers (NBA), San Jose Sharks (NHL), and UCLA football and basketball; his favorite athletes include Ken Griffey Jr., Jerry Rice, and Bo Jackson.
Father, Bob, was a three-time letterwinner in baseball at Stanford University (1969-71), qualified for and played the 2002 U.S. Senior Open at Caves Valley Golf Club, and spent several years alongside Orrin Vincent at OB Sports Golf Management, a golf course management company Vincent founded in 1972 which was eventually acquired by Troon in 2019.
His mother, Julie, started a successful kitchen and women's boutique store in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the 1990s.
Amateur Highlights
Played two seasons at UCLA (2004-06) and transferred to University of California-Davis for his final two seasons (2006-08).
Qualified for match play at the 2007 U.S. Amateur Championship contested at Olympic Club, but fell in the Round of 64.
Won the 2008 Northern California Golf Association Match Play Championship at Spyglass Hill.
