A quick look at the four Monday qualifiers for The RSM Classic ...
The qualifier was held at Brunswick Country Club in Brunswick, Georgia. An incredible 8-for-1 playoff was needed for the last spot. Those to miss out in extra holes were Luke Guthrie, Andrew Novak, Erik Barnes, John VanDerLaan, Adam Svensson, Jordan Neibrugge and A.J. Morris.
Svensson went two extra holes while Guthrie was knocked out in darkness on the third extra hole after choosing to play on. He three-putted a green that was floodlit by car headlights. Justin Lower was 5-under headed to his final hole but made bogey to miss the playoff. Earlier he had a triple bogey on the 18th (his ninth) and a hole-in-one on the par-3 4th (his 13th).
