Ticket FAQ

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

All tickets are digital and must be purchased via RocketMortgageClassic.com or AXS.com online, ahead of the event. We will not be selling tickets on-site at Detroit Golf Club for this year’s tournament. 

WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

Daily Grounds and Shared Hospitality tickets are available for purchase. All tickets must be purchased by the day (Thursday through Sunday). 

IS PARKING INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PURCHASE?

No, you will need to purchase a parking pass separately via RocketMortgageClassic.com or AXS.com online and ahead of the event.

HOW WILL PARKING WORK? 

ALL PARKING MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. NO CASH PAY PARKING will be available. Parking will also be Mobile Entry Only. You will need to have your mobile parking barcode ready to show at the entrance to the parking lot. 

WHAT IS THE YOUTH POLICY?

Up to four (4) youth, ages 15 and under, will have complimentary grounds admissions with a ticketed adult all week long. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE 2022 ROCKET MORTGAGE CLASSIC?

Parking for Purchase

The tournament will offer round-trip shuttle service to the Main Entrance of the Rocket Mortgage Classic for fans parked in tournament-designated lots. All parking must be purchased in advance.

Tuesday And Wednesday: General Public parking is located at the University of Detroit Mercy – McNichols Campus. Parking will be complimentary Tuesday and Wednesday of tournament week as part of Detroit Community Days presented by DTE Energy. No parking pass required for entry.

Thursday – Sunday: General Public parking is located at Wayne State University. Parking is $30 per day (Thursday-Sunday).

Rideshare

The Rideshare pick-up/drop-off point will be in the same location as the 2021 event, the Palmer Park Community Building, located at 1121 Merrill Plaisance Street, Detroit, MI 48203. The parking lot is accessible through Merrill Plaisance Street, which can be accessed from Woodward Avenue. This parking lot will not be accessible coming from 7 Mile Rd to Pontchartrain Boulevard. 

ADA Parking

ADA Parking will be located at the State Fairgrounds Lot (20110 Woodward Ave., Detroit, MI), Tuesday – Sunday, and a shuttle will be available for transportation to the tournament grounds. No advance reservation required for this complimentary parking lot. You must have your handicap placard and ID that matches the placard to park in the lot.

WILL CALL?

Will Call will be located at the Main Entrance this year. All attendees should have their digital tickets and parking passes in advance of the tournament. 

CAN I LEAVE TICKETS FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY OR CLIENTS? 

Tickets can be transferred either through the AXS app or Fan Account. All you need is the recipient’s email.

WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING MY TICKETS WHEN I GET TO THE TOURNAMENT? 

We will have a ticket resolution and customer service box office onsite at the Main Entrance. We will not be selling tickets onsite at Detroit Golf Club for this year’s tournament.
