Monday qualifiers: Rocket Mortgage Classic

A former U.S. Amateur champion is among the inaugural class of Monday qualifiers for the Rocket Mortgage Classic, a new event on the PGA TOUR.
Four players earned spots in the first PGA TOUR event in Michigan in a decade, and they had to go low to do it. A score of 66 at The Orchards Golf Club in Washington, Michigan, was needed just to get in a five-man playoff for the final two spots in the field.
