    Four sites hosting the First Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry concluded play on Friday afternoon, with top finishers advancing to PGA TOUR Q-School’s Second Stage, which will be contested in late November and early December.

    Players who advance from Second Stage will qualify for PGA TOUR Q-School’s Final Stage, Dec. 12-15, contested at TPC Sawgrass’ Dye’s Valley Course and Sawgrass Country Club with a chance at PGA TOUR cards.

    The top five finishers (and ties) at PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry’s Final Stage will earn 2025 PGA TOUR membership. Players who finish outside the top five and ties at Final Stage will earn 2025 Korn Ferry Tour membership, with status determined based on the position of finish. Players who qualify for Final Stage will also earn PGA TOUR Americas membership.

    The medalist (and ties) from each First Stage site, provided they do not improve their status at a subsequent stage, will be exempt through the Latin America Swing of the 2025 PGA TOUR Americas season. So far, First Stage medalists/co-medalists are Hazen Newman, Spencer Cross, Patrick Flavin, Jake Staiano, Christian Salzer, John Greco, Jacob Harper, Taylor Funk, Davis Lamb, Charlie Nikitas, Derek Bard, Caleb Manuel, Brett White, Nate Stember, Tanner Napier, Danny List, Riley Lewis and Harrison Kingsley.

    Ricardo Celia earned medalist honors at 16-under 272, three shots clear of Spencer Ralston. The Colombia native made 11 starts on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024 after notching his best finish in his season debut at the KIA Open on a sponsor exemption. Celia recorded three top 25s and finished No. 60 in the season-long points lists to become one of 11 Latin players to earn exempt membership through the Latin America Swing of 2025.

    Notables to advance: University of Georgia alum Spencer Ralston advanced to Second Stage at 13-under 275. Ralston held membership on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023 and earned conditional status for the 2024 season through Final Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry in 2023 … Florida State spring graduates Cole Anderson (-10/278) and Brett Roberts (-7/281) advanced to Second Stage after making their professional debuts on PGA TOUR Americas this summer. Anderson finished No. 26 in the 2024 PGA TOUR University Ranking, narrowly missing out on exempt PGA TOUR Americas membership, and Roberts was a three-time All-American at Florida State … Patrick Newcomb, who held membership on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023, carded a final-round 3-under 69 to advance two strokes clear of the number at 8-under 280. Newcomb finished No. 69 in the 2024 PGA TOUR Americas Points List to retain exempt membership through the Latin America Swing of 2025 … Winner of the 2022 Florida Amateur Match Play Championship John Houchin fired an 8-under 64 in the final round to advance to Second Stage on the number at 6-under 282.

    Notables to miss: Andy Pope, who has made 125 PGA TOUR-sanctioned starts, finished at 5-under – one stroke off the number … Two-time PGA TOUR China winner Motin Yeung, who held 2019 Korn Ferry Tour membership, finished at 2-under … 2019 Russian Amateur Champion and co-medalist at the 2019 European Boys Team Championship Egor Eroshenko also finished at 2-under.

    Charlie Nikitas and Derek Bard shared medalist honors at 18-under 270, securing status for PGA TOUR Americas' 2025 Latin America Swing. Nikitas, an alum of Miami (Ohio) University, made four starts on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, highlighted by a T27 finish at the BioSteel Championship. Bard, who played collegiately at the University of Virginia, is a seven-year pro and upstate New York native who underwent open-heart surgery right after birth to correct heart stenosis, a narrowing of the aortic valve opening.

    Notables to advance: Derek Hitchner comfortably advanced to Second Stage after finishing the week at 14-under. Hitcher finished No. 14 on the 2023 PGA TOUR University Ranking. The Pepperdine alum finished 30th in the PGA TOUR Americas Fortinet Cup after four top-10s in 2024 … Veteran pro Joel Thelen advanced to Second Stage after finishing the week three strokes clear of the number at 14-under. Thelen has made 75 PGA TOUR-sanctioned starts since 2012, and he held Korn Ferry Tour membership in 2023 … Hunter Wolcott advanced to Second Stage one stroke inside the number at 12-under. This year, Wolcott made starts in all 10 North America Swing events on PGA TOUR Americas, notching three top-10s, including a solo-fourth at the CentrePort Canada Rail Park Manitoba Open.

    Notables to miss: 2020 U.S. Amateur champion Tyler Strafaci finished at 9-under, two strokes off the number ... Two-time Korn Ferry Tour winner Jared Wolfe, who held 2022 PGA TOUR membership, finished at 5-under ... Nick Bienz, who made headlines while enjoying a few beers while waiting for a potential playoff at this year's Rocket Mortgage Classic Monday qualifier (he ultimately qualified in a playoff), finished at 4-under.

    Nate Stember and Tanner Napier shared medalist honors at 16-under 272, securing status for PGA TOUR Americas' 2025 Latin America Swing. Stember concluded his University of Oregon career as a fifth-year senior in 2023-24; his career scoring average (72.03) ranks seventh best in program history. Napier played four seasons at Arkansas State (2014-15 to 2017-18), and his career scoring average of 73.20 ranks fifth in program history. He has competed often on the All Pro Tour and won this year's Texas State Open in August.

    Notables to advance: PGA TOUR Americas member Chris Korte advanced after finishing four strokes clear of the number. Korte made 16 starts on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, and he made his PGA TOUR debut at the 2024 Black Desert Championship … Kyle Karazissis advanced after finishing the weekend at 10-under, which was set up by an opening-round, 7-under 65. Karazissis finished 2024 with three top-10s in 16 starts on PGA TOUR Americas ... Amateur Jeg Coughlin III finished at 9-under, one inside the number. The Ohio State alum is the third-generation owner and operator of JEGS Automotive, an e-commerce retailer that sells automotive parts and accessories ... Brad Marek, who made the cut at the 2021 PGA Championship as a PGA of America professional, finished on the number to advance at 8-under.

    Notables to miss: University of Oklahoma alum Jonathan Brightwell, who finished No. 10 on the inaugural PGA TOUR University Ranking in 2021, finished at 6-under ... Brigham Young alum Peter Kuest, who has notched three top-10s in 25 career PGA TOUR starts, finished at 5-under ... Nick Cantlay, younger brother of Patrick Cantlay, finished at 3-under.

    Caleb Manuel and Brett White shared medalist honors at 24-under 264, securing status for PGA TOUR Americas' 2025 Latin America Swing. Manuel, a Maine native, played two seasons collegiately at the University of Connecticut and two seasons at the University of Georgia before turning pro in summer 2024. He won three consecutive Maine Amateur titles (2021-23). White, a Michigan native, finished No. 112 on PGA TOUR Americas' 2024 season-long Fortinet Cup and has made 26 career Korn Ferry Tour starts. In the middle of 2017, he spent three weeks in the hospital with viral encephalitis. Following his hospital stay, he was confined to a wheelchair and had to undergo 10 weeks of physical therapy to learn to walk again.

    Notables to advance: Mason Williams advanced after finishing third in Semmes at 23-under. Williams made 13 starts across the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, which included a T9 finish at the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club and three top-10s in Canada ... An opening-round, 8-under 64 propelled Thomas Ponder to Second Stage. Ponder competed on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, earning exempt status for the North America Swing through PGA TOUR Americas Q-School, and he finished No. 36 in the Fortinet Cup to secure status for the 2025 Latin America Swing … Ben Carr advanced to Second Stage after finishing the week at 20-under. Carr finished No. 17 on the 2023 PGA TOUR University Ranking and made 16 starts on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, which included a T3 finish at the KIA Open in Quito, Ecuador … After four sub-70 rounds, 2024 PGA TOUR Americas member Piercen Hunt advanced to Second Stage. A member of Team Canada, Hunt made nine starts throughout the North America Swing after earning status through PGA TOUR Americas Q-School.

    Notables to miss: Michael Miller, who has made 70 career Korn Ferry Tour starts, finished one off the mark at 14-under ... Chase Seiffert, a veteran of 71 PGA TOUR starts and 81 Korn Ferry Tour starts, finished at 7-under, as did Southern Pines, North Carolina native Michael McGowan, who made headlines by qualifying for his hometown 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2.

    Danny List, Riley Lewis and Harrison Kingsley shared medalist honors at 15-under 273, securing status for PGA TOUR Americas’ 2025 Latin America Swing. List, 26, played collegiately at the University of Washington and is from Australia but of Ghanian descent; his father moved to Ghana for business in 1990 and his mother is from Ghana. He lived in Ghana until age 11 and then moved to England. Lewis, 23, played collegiately at Loyola Marymount and made two PGA TOUR Americas starts in 2024. He was a national AP scholar during high school in Arizona, where he also earned math competition medals from throughout Yavapai County. Kingsley, 23, played collegiately at the University of San Diego and Monday qualified for the 2023 Farmers Insurance Open. He’s a friend of fellow Murrieta, California native Rickie Fowler.

    Notables to advance: Corey Shaun advanced after finishing 13-under in Murrieta. Shaun made six starts on PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, with his best finish coming at the Bupa Championship at Tulum, where he finished T18 … Grant Booth moved on to Second Stage after finishing at 13-under. Booth earned status for PGA TOUR Americas’ 2024 North America Swing through Q-School and retained membership through the 2025 Latin America Swing after finishing No. 27 in the season-long Fortinet Cup … Nicolo Galletti advanced to Second Stage after finishing the week at 9-under. Galletti, an alum of Arizona State University, has made two starts on TOUR in 2024 at the WM Phoenix Open and Shriners Children's Open.

    Notables to miss: Hawaii's Alex Chiarella, whohas made 82 career Korn Ferry Tour starts, finished at 3-under ... South Korea's Gunn Yang, who won the 2014 U.S. Amateur, finished at even-par ...     Notables to advance: PGA TOUR University alum and 2024 Korn Ferry Tour member Ryan Hall advanced to Second Stage after a runner-up finish. The University of South Carolina alum made 18 starts on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2024, which included a T13 finish at the Magnit Championship. Hall finished T23 at the Sanderson Farms Championship after Monday qualifying ... PGA TOUR Americas member Rodolfo Cazaubon safely advanced at 1-under. Cazaubon made 10 starts on PGA TOUR Americas last season, with two top-10 finishes, and finished No. 71 on the Fortinet Cup to retain status through the 2025 Latin America Swing ... South Africa's James Hart du Preez, one of the game's longest hitters, finished T13 at even-par. The 29-year-old, who now plays from Fort Worth, Texas, stands a whopping 6-foot-9 ... Pepperdine alum Sam Choi finished T19 at 1-over, one stroke inside the number. University of Oklahoma alum Garett Reband, who finished No. 5 on the inaugural PGA TOUR University Ranking in 2021, finished T50 at 10-over.

    Notables to advance: Yale alum James Nicholas, who doubles as a popular content creator, finished T3 at 13-under. Nicholas has made 20 cuts in 39 career Korn Ferry Tour starts ... University of Florida alum Brett Stegmaier, 41, closed in 67 to finish at 12-under. The Connecticut native has made 223 starts across the PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour; he finished runner-up at the 2015 Shriners Children's Open ... Bryson Nimmer comfortably advanced to Second Stage at 10-under. Nimmer built a comfortable cushion after an opening round, 7-under 65 to stay inside the number. The Clemson alum made 19 Korn Ferry Tour starts in 2024, notching two top-15 finishes ... Willie Mack III also advanced at 10-under, safely inside the number. Mack, a winner of over 70 mini-tour events and standout APGA Tour pro, made his major debut at the 2024 U.S. Open ... University of South Florida alum Cristian DiMarco advanced on the number at 7-under. DiMarco is the son of three-time TOUR winner Chris DiMarco.

    Notables to miss: Blades Brown, 17, finished at 5-under total, two shots shy, after two birdies and four bogeys in his final six holes. The Tennessee native, who at age 16 broke Bobby Jones' record at the youngest stroke-play medalist in U.S. Amateur history, finished T26 at the TOUR's 2024 Myrtle Beach Classic ... University of Florida alum Fred Biondi, who won the 2023 NCAA Division I men's golf individual title, finished eight strokes off the pace at 1-over.

Giroux, a member of Team Canada, finished No. 79 on the 2024 PGA TOUR Americas season-long Fortinet Cup to retain membership for the 2025 Latin America Swing … Chris Francoeur carded a final-round, 8-under 62 to comfortably advance at 15-under. Byrd, who finished the week at 6-under, made 19 starts on the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour, including back-to-back top-10s at the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX (T9) and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Wichita Open (ninth) ... 2024 PGA TOUR Americas member Connor Creasy also advanced at 6-under. After earning conditional status for the North America Swing through PGA TOUR Americas Q-School, the University of Georgia alum secured exempt status after a runner-up finish at the Commissionaires Ottawa Open in July. Harper, an Alabama native, led the 2024 Emerald Coast Tour money list (as of Oct. 14) with $61,125, nearly $50,000 ahead of No. 2 Will Cannon. He attended Alabama's Beulah High School, where he finished runner-up in back-to-back state championships, and he won the 2018 Alabama Open.

    Notables to advance: After making his PGA TOUR debut at the Black Desert Championship, John Sand advanced to Second Stage with a closing 5-under 67 to finish the week at 10-under. Sand made 10 PGA TOUR Americas starts in 2024 after earning status for the North America Swing through PGA TOUR Americas Q-School ... 2023 PGA TOUR University graduate Yuxin Lin advanced at 5-under. Lin made seven starts apiece on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA TOUR Americas in 2024, including a T3 at the Totalplay Championship at Atlas Country Club (PGA TOUR Americas) and a solo-eighth at the Veritex Bank Championship (Korn Ferry Tour) ... C.T. Lin finished at 4-under, two strokes clear of the number. Lin started the summer with conditional status on PGA TOUR Americas, but he earned exempt status after making three cuts in four starts, including a T4 finish at the Commissionaires Ottawa Open. Lin appeared in all 10 North America Swing events, making seven cuts ... With three birdies in his final four holes, Evan Knight advanced on the number at 2-under.     Notables to miss: University of Texas alum Toni Hakula, who played on the Longhorns' 2012 NCAA Championship-winning team, finished four off the number at 2-over 290 ... Australia's Ryan Ruffels, who has competed on the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Latinoamerica, finished at 12-over.

    Oklahoma State alum Hazen Newman earned medalist honors at 17-under 267, closing in 8-under 63 to finish two strokes clear on Brandon McIver. Newman hails from Las Vegas and played five seasons at Oklahoma State, completing his fifth year in 2023-24. How deep is college golf? Newman’s stroke average as a fifth-year senior (73.22) ranked seventh on his Oklahoma State team. Newman works with swing instructor Bob May, who famously finished runner-up to Tiger Woods in a playoff at the 2000 PGA Championship.

    Notables to advance: Queens, New York, native S.M. Lee carded a final-round 64 to finish at 6-under 278, two strokes inside the number. Lee played collegiately at Dalton State, where he won the Jack Nicklaus Award as NAIA National Player of the Year in both 2017 and 2018 … Grant Hirschman played his final nine in 4-under to finish at 6-under total, two inside the number. Hirschman, who has made 116 career Korn Ferry Tour starts, shared a Dallas-area house with Scottie Scheffler, Max McGreevy and Charlie Saxon early in their pro careers … Former University of Minnesota standout Angus Flanagan finished T16 at 5-under, one stroke inside the number. The Englishman represented Great Britain & Ireland at the 2021 Walker Cup after finishing No. 11 on the inaugural PGA TOUR University Ranking that year … Vancouver, Canada, native Chris Crisologo finished T5 at 9-under. Crisologo extended his PGA TOUR Americas status through a top-80 finish in the Fortinet Cup off the strength of two top-10 showings in his final three events … University of North Florida alum Travis Trace posted a final-round, 3-under 68 to safely move inside the number by one stroke. Three top-10s, along with a season-best T4 finish in his debut on PGA TOUR Americas this season, earned Trace status on the Tour for the 2025 Latin America Swing.

    Notables to miss: Washington native Brady Calkins, who held Korn Ferry Tour membership in 2023, finished T34 at 1-over, five off the number … Amateur Joe Neuheisel, son of acclaimed college football coach Rick Neuheisel, finished T45 at 4-over, eight strokes off the number.

    Spencer Cross earned medalist honors at 17-under 267, one stroke clear of Griffin Barela and Caleb Proveaux. Cross, 26, hails from Sevierville, Tennessee and played five seasons at the University of Tennessee (2017-18 to 2021-22); he was named to the All-SEC First Team as a fifth-year senior in 2021-22, after earning a marketing degree in May 2021. Cross has made four cuts in five career Korn Ferry Tour starts, highlighted by a T10 at the Visit Knoxville Open in his home state. Flavin, 28, has made starts across a variety of TOUR-sanctioned circuits – PGA TOUR (10), Korn Ferry Tour (44), PGA TOUR Latinoamerica (24), PGA TOUR Canada (5), and PGA TOUR Americas (10) in a six-year pro career. The Chicago-area native, an honorary ambassador for the First Tee of Greater Chicago, finished No. 33 on the 2024 PGA TOUR Americas season-long Fortinet Cup standings, notching seven top-25 finishes in 10 starts.
