Thirty-six-hole leader Boo Weekley completed 54 holes without a bogey or worse at the Insperity Invitational presented by UnitedHealthcare en route to his first win on PGA TOUR Champions.
Playing alongside Ernie Els in the final group, Weekley led by one stroke with two holes remaining. On No. 17, Els’ approach shot found the penalty area, leading to double bogey, while Weekley made birdie.
