After graduating from Arizona in 2016, he wanted to turn pro but didn't have the money, so he coached women's college golf for three years - two years at the University of Denver and then one year as the Head Women's Golf Coach at the University of Nebraska.

Got started in golf at a young age but then took up baseball. Says he again fell in love with golf in the summer of 2006 when his best friend invited him to a summer golf clinic.

Favorite memory as a golf fan was watching Tiger Woods at the World Golf Championships match play event in Arizona. Says he was obsessed with everything Woods did.

Always carries two tees in his left pocket. Only plays Nos. 1, 2 and 4 balls. Never uses 3s because "they are super unlucky."

Fiancé is Scottish who played college golf. Her home course is St. Andrews GC's Old Course.

Led his high school (Red Mountain High) to the 2010 Arizona state championship.

Began his college career at Nebraska before transferring to Arizona.
