Had a full-time accounting job out of college before deciding to play professional golf.

Grew up in Katy, Texas, before attending Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla., where he now resides.

Has multiple what he calls “side hustles,” including work as a caddie, an Uber and Lyft driver and an accountant for a friend’s business.

Is a proud public-course golfer and has never been a member of a private club.

Says his brother, Bryce, “might be the best golfer in the family.”
