Played in 11 PGA TOUR Latinoamérica tournaments. Made the cut two times, with one top-10 finish, a T4 at the Volvo Golf Championship by Seguros del Estado. Ended the season 75th in the Totalplay Cup standings.

After missing nine consecutive cuts to begin the season, enjoyed a strong week at Club El Rincon of Cajica outside Bogota, Colombia, in early June. After a slow start, a 3-over 75, played his final 54 holes in 16-under (66-68-66) to T4 with Matt Gilchrest, Kevin Velo and Josh Goldenberg, three strokes short of winner Cristóbal Del Solar.
