First hole-in-one came at age 10 on his home course.

Enjoys fishing, odd jobs, and helping his family at the farm.

Served as an assistant coach and later interim head coach at Austin Peay State. Has also worked as a substitute teacher, farm worker, real estate agent, and tile layer. If not a professional golfer, he would be a general contractor.

Favorite athletes are Ernie Banks, Javier Baez, and Jake Arrieta.

Lists Tiger Woods as his favorite golfer growing up. Favorite sports teams are the Chicago Cubs and Louisville Cardinals. Cites his favorite actors as Denzel Washington and Jim Carrey.

Father is a third generation row crop farmer. Each of his two brothers, Dalton (21) and Chase (18), play college golf. Dalton plays at Rend Lake College and Chase plays for Austin Peay State. His father and brother have boasted record-personal yields as row crop farmers in southern Illinois and he states his mother is the "hardest working female in southern Illinois." She works with behaviorally disordered children. His Wife is a NICU nurse in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Amateur Highlights

2014 Ohio Valley Conference champion.

Won the Memphis Intercollegiate.

Made it to the NCAA Championship as an individual.

Finished 2nd twice in team and individual events in high school. Won as a team at a state tournament in golf, finished 2nd as a team at a state tournament in basketball, and was "player of the game" in the semifinal game.

Earned Southeast All Region honors during his senior year of college.

Won the Missouri Intercollegiate.

Played high school basketball on a team that finished as the state runner-ups and was "player of the game" in the semifinal game.

Averaged 12.5 points per game as a senior in high school and was the runner-up in the state three-point contest.
