Season Recap

2023 Season

Finished No. 2 on the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour Points List in his rookie season on Tour, earning his first PGA TOUR card (top 30 from Points List). Through 21 events, stood 54th on the Points List with one top-10, but followed with back-to-back victories at the Magnit Championship (22nd event) and Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron (23rd event). Became the 12th player (13th occurrence) in Korn Ferry Tour history to win back-to-back events. In his win at the Albertsons Boise Open, became the first player in Korn Ferry Tour history to win a 72-hole event without making a bogey.

Magnit Championship

Won the inaugural Magnit Championship at Metedeconk National Golf Club in Jackson Township, New Jersey, earning his first career Korn Ferry Tour win at 20-under 268. Closed with a final-round 8-under 64 highlighted by a stellar back nine with one bogey (par-3 11th), an eagle (par-5 12th), and four birdies (par-4 13th, par-5 14th, par-3 15th, par-4 18th). Finished three strokes ahead of runner-up Taylor Dickson.

Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron

Won the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron at Hillcrest Country Club in Boise, Idaho, capturing his second Korn Ferry Tour win in as many weeks and becoming the 12th player (13th occurrence) in Korn Ferry Tour history to win back-to-back events. Won by two strokes at 28-under 256 and became the first player in Korn Ferry Tour history to win a 72-hole event without making a bogey. Kim's winning total of 256 marked the fourth-lowest 72-hole score in Korn Ferry Tour history, while his winning total of 28-under par tied the fourth-lowest 72-hole score relative to par in Korn Ferry Tour history. Held off runner-up David Kocher, who carded a final-round 12-under 59, by two strokes with a birdie at the par-4 12th and two-putt birdie at the par-5 16th.
