Holds the record for the lowest single-season and career scoring record in Wisconsin program history. His sister, Mackenzie, also played golf at Wisconsin, her eligibility ending in 2022.

His one superstition is always wears a St. Sebastian necklace, emblematic of the early Christian martyr.

His earliest golf memory is playing with his father and uncle.

Shot a 61 in the second round of the 2017 Illinois State Amateur but ended up finishing second to winner Patrick Flavin. Came back a year later and prevailed in the same tournament, defeating Rob Wuethrich by a shot.

Was a co-champion, with Billy Tom Sargent, at the 2018 Pinetree Intercollegiate in October. Shot a final-round 68 to catch Sargent.

Earned 2019 first-team All-Big Ten honors, becoming the first Badger since 2002 with that distinction.
