Brady Siravo, Mason Williams, Thomas Ponder share second-round lead at Explore NB Open

Making his second pro start, Brady Siravo (Sacramento, California) carded a bogey-free 64 Friday and is tied with Thomas Ponder (Dothan, Alabama) and Mason Williams (Bridgeport, West Virginia) after the second round of the Explore NB Open. The trio is 13 under and shares a one-stroke lead over five players entering the weekend at Mactaquac Golf Course in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Siravo closed his collegiate career at Pepperdine in June and finished No. 22 in the PGA TOUR University Class of 2026 to earn PGA TOUR Americas membership this summer. In four seasons at Pepperdine, Siravo won twice, including the 2024 West Coast Conference individual title, and was a three-time All-WCC First Team selection.

Joining Siravo in Saturday’s final pairing will be Williams, who shot 6-under 65 on Friday. A third-year pro out of Georgia Southern, Williams has four top 20s and a pair of third-place finishes this season and entered the week No. 12 on the PGA TOUR Americas Points List.

Ponder followed his first-round 63 with a 5-under 66 to remain in a share for the lead. He leads the tour with five top-10 finishes and is currently No. 4 on the points list.
