Opened 66-64 at Soboba Springs GC in San Jacinto, California in mid-April to take a seven-shot lead at the halfway point. Struggled in the third round during wind-swept conditions. Fired a 6-over 78 but still held the 54-hole lead. Made two quick bogeys in his final round but righted things and eventually posted an even-par 72, even with a 72nd-hole bogey, that gave him a one-shot triumph over Perry Cohen and David Kim. Earned the right to play in every 2022 PGA TOUR Canada event.
