Grew up taking lessons from Tommy Biershenk, who held PGA TOUR membership for the 2012 season, and made 147 career starts on the Korn Ferry Tour from 1999 through 2013.

Finished No. 2 behind Texas' Pierceson Coody in the PGA TOUR University Class of 2022, earning Korn Ferry Tour membership and exemptions for all remaining open-field events in the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour season, as well as an exemption for Final Stage of the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying Tournament.

Played collegiately for four seasons at Clemson University (2018-22), winning five times individually, with the crown jewel being medalist honors at the 2022 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship en route to 2022 ACC Player of the Year honors.

Five career wins at Clemson tied a school record previously established by D.J. Trahan and Chris Patton.

Garnered All-America Second Team honors in 2021 and 2022.

Represented the U.S. at the 2017 Junior Presidents Cup.

Named a 2017 AJGA Rolex All-America Second Team selection.

Was a three-time individual state champion in high school, winning his three titles by a combined 20 strokes.
