Lives in Monaco with high school sweetheart, Henriette. The couple are parents to daughter Josephine, born in December 2017.

Grandfather was an ice hockey player and eventual coach who tried to get Lucas to take up the game at age 2.

Won the Danish Open Amateur in 2007 and 2008.

Won the European Amateur in 2010.

Represented Denmark in the Eisenhower Trophy in 2008 and 2010. The 2010 team finished second to France by one stroke.
