Highlights | Round 2 | Genesis Scottish Open
The PGA TOUR heads across the pond once again for the Genesis Scottish Open, boasting an incredible top-ranked field. The event, co-sanctioned with the DP World Tour, will be contested at The Renaissance Club for the eighth time.
Rory McIlroy, the 2023 Scottish Open champion, posted a 4-under 66 Friday to remain in a tie for the lead and sits at 8 under alongside Tom Kim (66) and England's Jordan Smith, who carded the low score of the tournament so far with a 63. Matt Fitzpatrick (65) and Min Woo Lee (66) sit one back at 8 under.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler carded a 72 Friday to miss the 36-hole cut for the first time in nearly four years. He had made 78 cuts in a row, the longest streak since Tiger Woods set the record (142) more than 20 years ago.
