Sister, Samantha, also played golf at UC-Davis, where she was the Big West Conference 2018 Player of the Year.

Was the 2018 Big West Conference Freshman of the Year, and a year later he was the conference's Player of the Year.

Won his first college tournament, the 2018 Windon Memorial. Picked up his second collegiate victory three years later at the Gene Miranda Falcon Championship in Colorado Springs. Finished with a tournament-record, 15-under 201 on his way to the title.
