| Environmental Media Association Endorses Green Efforts of Turning Stone Resort Championship |

May 24, 2007
The Oneida Indian Nation is partnering with the prestigious Environmental Media Association (EMA) to green the inaugural
Turning Stone Resort Championship, an official PGA TOUR event. EMA was founded by some of the biggest names in
film and television to serve as a link between the entertainment industry and the environmental community. As
many as 100,000 people are expected to descend on the Atunyote Golf Club during the weeklong events associated with the Championship,
scheduled for Sept. 17-23, 2007. In an effort to "go for the green," EMA is advising the Oneidas on an environmental checklist
that includes buying recycled content paper products, reducing waste and the use of petroleum-based products such as disposable
plastics and Styrofoam, not allowing equipment and vehicles to idle unnecessarily, and using electric or hybrid vehicles whenever
possible. "The Oneida people have always had a deep reverence for the environment and look to the seventh generation
to the future. That is why reaching out to EMA was so important to us as we prepare for this international sporting event,"
said Nation Representative and CEO Ray Halbritter. He is a member of EMA's Board of Directors. Other notables on the Board
include Ted Turner, Lance Bass, Laura Dern, Pierce Brosnan, Norman Lear, Ed Begley Jr., Jason Goldberg, Daryl Hannah, Michael
King and Leigh Steinberg. For more information on EMA, log on to www.ema-online.org
