Watson was the only player in the field to go bogey-free in the final two rounds (64-64) and is the first winner since 1983 to go bogey-free at the Northern Trust Open in Rounds 3 and 4. Watson also became the second player at the event to accomplish this feat dating back to Ben Crenshaw at the 1987 Northern Trust Open.
