| Member of the Nationwide Tour in 2002 and 2005-07. Member of the PGA TOUR in 2001. Had a rollercoaster season on the 2007 Nationwide Tour, making the cut in just 11 of 27 tournaments. Finished the year No. 29 on the money list, with $186,258. Took advantage of his
made cuts, posting six top-10 finishes in 11 weekend appearances. Began the year with a T7 at the Movistar Panama Championship-equaling his best-career finish. Topped that four starts later with a career-best runner-up effort at the Athens Regional Foundation Classic, finishing just one shot behind tournament winner Martin Laird. Missed the cut in his next five starts before a T5 at the Rochester Area Charities Showdown at Somerby. A T44 at the Legend Financial Group Classic was his only made cut in his next eight starts, with that stretch ending with a ligament injury at the National Mining Association Pete Dye Classic. Bounced back with his best play of the season, making five straight cuts, including a T8 at the Utah EnergySolutions Championship, a T7 at the Albertsons Boise Open and a playoff loss to Richard Johnson at the Mark Christopher Charity Classic. Made the cut in 11 of 23 starts on Tour in 2006, with two top-10 finishes. Was No. 89 on the money list, with $59,591. First top-10 of the year came at the Price Cutter Charity Championship, where a 19-under 269 led to a T10 finish. Enjoyed a season-best T8 showing at the National Mining Association Pete Dye Classic. Ended the season ranked No. 1 in Eagles Made Per Hole (79.7). Made the cut in 12 of 26 events during the 2005 season, with two top-10 finishes. Concluded the year No. 83 on the money list, with $58,822. First career top-10 finish came at the Cox Classic presented by Chevrolet, his 17th start of the year and 31st overall on Tour. Finished the tournament T10 at 15-under-par 269. Also finished inside the top 10 with a T9 outing at the Oregon Classic. Made the cut in just two of 14 events during his rookie season in 2002, with a T62 at the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open his best outing. Made the cut in eight of 28 events during his rookie season on the 2001 PGA TOUR, with one top-25. Was T23 at the Michelob Championship at Kingsmill. Best rounds were 66s in the final round of the Canon Greater Hartford Open and the second round of the Buick Open. Turned professional in late summer of 2001 and had played in only one previous TOUR event in his career, the 2000 Invensys Classic at Las Vegas, where he missed the 54-hole cut. More |
