A windy Sunday afternoon turned the WNB Golf Classic into a 54-hole event, but Andrew Putnam proved himself more than adequately in that time to win for the first time on the Web.com Tour.
Putnam stood at 20 under in Midland, Texas, after rounds of 66-66-64 and won by seven shots, tying the Tour's sixth-largest victory margin. He was up by eight shots through seven holes on Sunday when the final round was halted and scoring reverted to 54 holes.
