FootJoy's FJ City has the look of a street-stye shoe with full-grain waterproof leather uppers and stylish laces, but there's more to the shoe than a fashion forward design.
"FJ City was inspired by modern trends and it's a sophisticated balance between performance and style," said Doug Robinson, FootJoy's vice president of design and development worldwide. "Each design element, material and color combination was carefully selected in order to deliver a polished, well-crafted shoe."
Along with a classic look, FJ City also features modern technology in the form an EVA-cushioned midsole for comfort and DuraMax rubber outsole — each shoe comes with seven Pulsar cleats by Softspikes — that provides stability and traction on the course.
FJ City retails for $180 and will be available April 15 in six styles, including three wingtip patterns and three plain-toe blucher models.
