Twenty-one-year-old Aldrich Potgieter has ascended to become a top player, clinching his first PGA TOUR win in 2025. The rising star is now focused on securing his spot in the Aon Next 10 and starts next season.

The rise of Aldrich Potgieter 

In the first round of the 2025 Bank of Utah, Aldrich Potgieter's 168-yard tee shot on the 163-yard, par-3 8th hole landed on the left side of the green, leaving a 13-foot-4-inch putt, which he sank for birdie.

In the first round of the 2025 Bank of Utah, Aldrich Potgieter's drive on the 452-yard, par-4 6th travels 290 yards, finding the right fairway and leaving 160 yards to the hole, his 159-yard approach shot from the fairway lands on the left side of the green, finishing 4 feet 5 inches from the hole, and he sinks a 4-foot 5-inch birdie putt.

In the first round of the 2025 Bank of Utah, Aldrich Potgieter drives the ball 324 yards on the 610-yard, par-5 18th hole, finding the right fairway with 286 yards remaining to the pin. His 272-yard shot from the fairway lands on the left side of the green, leaving a putt of 65 feet 10 inches. Potgieter's 54-foot 3-inch putt comes up short, leaving 11 feet 7 inches to the hole. He sinks an 11-foot-7-inch birdie putt.

In the first round of the 2025 Bank of Utah, Aldrich Potgieter's drive on the 511-yard, par-4 13th went 317 yards into the right fairway, his 204-yard approach landed on the left side of the green, leaving a 36-foot 9-inch putt, and he sank the 36-foot 9-inch birdie putt.
