The Puerto Rico Open was Vilips' first PGA TOUR victory in his fourth career start and his third start as a PGA TOUR member. Vilips will make his first PLAYERS appearance this week.

In the second round of the 2025 Baycurrent, Adam Scott's drive on the 419-yard, par-4 9th hole traveled 293 yards into the fairway, his 135-yard approach from the fairway landed on the green, leaving a 32-foot putt, which he sank for birdie.
