After discussing with rules official Ken Tackett and playing partner Taylor Montgomery, they ruled that the ball was lost in the tent, granting Yuan a drop without penalty. Yuan then pitches his third shot onto the green and two putts for par. After a post-round review at the scorer’s table, Yuan’s situation was assessed and the par score was ruled correct. Yuan signed for a 7-under 63 on Sunday.
