Description: During the final round of the 1999 Waste Management Phoenix Open, Tiger Woods' tee shot on the par-5 13th hole came to rest behind a boulder. He enlisted the help of his fans to move the boulder that was ruled a loose impediment by officials. Woods would go on to make birdie on the hole, shoot 68 and finish in 3rd place.
