Stat of the day: Zach Johnson

By Krystyna Braxton, PGATOUR.COM

Zach Johnson is back at the John Deere Classic to defend his title 2012 title, and to win again, he will need to putt well since this event yields far more birdies than the average TOUR event. That hasn't been a problem for Johnson, who has gained ground on the greens in each of the last four years at TPC Deere Run.

Johnson, an Iowa native, considers this event his fifth major. In the last four years, he has a win (2012), and a tie for third (2011) and a tie for second (2009).
