NOTE: Retief Goosen met the terms of his Major Medical Extension at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am on Feb. 10 and was removed from this list. He will play out of Priority Ranking No. 21 for the remainder of the year.

NOTE: Bart Bryant failed to meet the terms of his Major Medical Extension in three starts and was removed from this list. He also fell $85,717 short of securing conditional status, so he will play out of Priority Ranking No. 32 for the remainder of the year. He is a member of the Champions Tour.

NOTE: Jeff Klauk failed to meet the terms of his Major Medical Extension in eight starts and was removed from this list. He also fell $205,859 short of securing conditional status, so he lost his PGA TOUR status.

NOTE: Hunter Haas failed to meet the terms of his Major Medical Extension in five starts and was removed from this list. He also fell $32,002 short of securing conditional status, so he lost his PGA TOUR status.

NOTE: Peter Tomasulo failed to meet the terms of his medical extension in the reshuffle category in eight starts and was removed from this list. He also fell $86,809 short of securing conditional status, so he lost his PGA TOUR status.

NOTE: By missing the cut at the HP Byron Nelson Championship, Brandt Jobe failed to meet the terms of his medical extension. He also fell $12,790 short of securing conditional status. As a result, he will play out of Priority Ranking No. 32 as a Veteran Member for the remainder of the year.
