
Heath Slocum made the largest move in the 2009 Playoffs. Slocum entered the Playoffs ranked 124th in the standings but kicked off the four-week race for the FedExCup with a victory at The Barclays. His victory vaulted him all the way to No. 3 in the standings and locked him into a spot in The TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola.
Padraig Harrington started the '09 Playoffs ranked 66th in the standings but finished the season ranked No. 7 thanks to four conesecutive Playoffs top 10s. Harrington is one of just two players to ever post four top 10s in a single Playoffs and the last one to accomplish the feat.
