This isn’t a week in which you expect to make up ground, but you can’t get cute either. Plug in the big dogs and wait for the dust to settle.

Logically, it just doesn't make sense to pick someone other than Tiger at Muirfield Village. But I do think if Kuchar can quickly bounce back from Sunday's disappointment at Colonial, he'll be in the hunt.

So what if I just like to be different? Fowler's victory at the 2012 Wells Fargo Championship came kind of out of left field (he'd had nothing better than a T10 in his previous five starts) but this is a course where he's been in contention after 54 holes in two of three tries. Woods is so obvious here that he's on teams of people who don't even play fantasy golf while McIlroy and Westy are more gut feeling than anything.

Bradley's missed the cut at Muirfield Village in each of his two tries, but he's got  to win soon, right? I am using Streelman until he slows down, and Simpson's game is perfect for this course.

Like the '27 Yankees, right? Well, why not? You'd be hard-pressed to pick four better players from fairway to finish. And since Jack's Place doesn't necessarily put a premium on driving accuracy, I like my chances with this quartet. The guess is Scott sinks just enough putts and wins.

I could make arguments for a few others this week, but c'mon. Tiger is piling up wins this season at his old haunts (Torrey Pines, Doral, Bay Hill), and Muirfield Village is another playground. We're not to the point yet where it's shocking when he doesn't win, but we're back in that zip code.

If I were to pick someone other than Tiger to win -- and I am not crazy enough to go against the five-time winner at Muirfield Village  -- my choice would be Justin Rose, who won the Memorial in 2010, finished second in 2008 and has two other top-10 finishes.

Tiger Woods should have no problem adding his fifth win of 2013 this week at a course where he's won five times already.

Hard pressed to count against the four-time winner this season especially at Jack's place where he is going for his sixth victory. The FedExCup leader has a knack dominating courses he has won at multiple times this season, and Muirfield will be no exception.

This is the best golf Woods has played in a few years and with him familiarity breeds success. Jack's place obviously suits him well and he'll win there again.

Yes, Schwartzel missed the cut at Colonial, but he finished solo third at the HP Byron Nelson Championship the week before. Schwartzel doesn't stay down for long, and was a respectable T19 at Jack's Place last year.

The way Tiger has been playing, it seems foolish to bet against him on this course, but I just have a gut feeling that TW's looming presence will motivate McIlroy this week, and elevate Rory's inconsistent level of play.

Is there any way you can bet against him, especially at a place where he's won five times?
