The Nationwide Tour rolls on with its sixth straight tournament week and this time the Tour moves to the Midwest Classic Presented by Time Warner Cable in Overland Park, Kan.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that several former Nationwide Tour players showed what they could do in the PGA Championship this past week. Just last year Keegan Bradley was improving his game on the Nationwide Tour, and now, after beating another former Nationwide Tour player, Jason Dufner, in a playoff, he's the PGA Championship winner .

Also in contention all week at the PGA was Brendan Steele, who like Bradley, was on the Nationwide Tour last season.

This week the Nationwide Tour will be playing at Nicklaus Golf Course at LionsGate for a purse of $550,00 with the winner taking home $112,500.

Comes in as a solid third on the Tour's money list. Kelly has had some time off and the only thing missing from his year so far is a win; he has two second place showings and a third place. He tied for ninth in his last tournament.
Is comfortably sitting at fifth on the money list and he also took last week off. Late in June he earned a victory in Mexico and is looking for more this week. Has a string of six straight rounds in the 60s.
After two straight wins, he missed the cut this past week, but that might not have been such a bad thing; shooting 74-67 to miss the cut isn't horrible play. He will be heard from again and it might be this week.
The Australian vaulted from 109th to 37th on the money list, riding a hot putter this past week. Before Sunday, where he finished second, he had missed 12 of 13 cuts but now his season has turned around.
He has moved up to 43rd on the money list thanks to his tie for third at the Price Cutter Charity Championship. It was his first top 10 of the season for the Nationwide Tour veteran. Look for more of the same this week from Claxton.
