Billy Horschel and his wife Brittany welcomed their first child two days after Billy won the FedExCup and TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola.

Skylar Lillian Horschel was born at 8:48 p.m. on Tuesday in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Her birth capped a fruitful three-week span for her father. He was runner-up at the Deutsche Bank Championship before claiming back-to-back-titles at the BMW Championship and TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola. His TOUR Championship win also gave him a victory in the FedExCup.

The family is resting and doing well, according to a statement from his management company.

“The last few weeks have been a whirlwind with so many incredible moments, but being able to share this moment with Brittany was the biggest win of my life,” Billy Horschel said in the statement. “I’m so happy I  was here, surrounded by the people I care about, as we welcomed Skylar into the world. Now I can start getting her ready to win the 2032 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship for the Florida Gators!”
