NORTON, Mass. -- Tim Clark has withdrawn from the Deutsche Bank Championship with an elbow injury.

Clark, who won the RBC Canadian Open earlier this summer, cited the same injury when he withdrew midway through the second round of The Barclays.

Clark is currently ranked No. 38 in the FedExCup standings so he should be eligible for next week's BMW Championship if he's healthy.

The field for the Deutsche Bank Championship now 93 players. Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, Justin Rose, Jason Dufner, Paul Casey and Graeme McDowell are also not playing -- the latter two due to the birth of their first child.
