Brandt Snedeker is trying to convince U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Tom Watson to pick him for the U.S. squad that will head to Scotland in September. Snedeker must wait until Sept. 2 to learn if he will be one of Watson's three selections, though. Snedeker's recent form -- he has six top-25s in his past seven starts -- convinced participants in PGATOUR.COM's fantasy game to put him on their teams, though. He was the most-picked player among participants in PGATOUR.COM's fantasy game. Snedeker earned his first TOUR win at the 2007 Wyndham Championship (though at a different site, Forest Oaks Country Club).

Defending Wyndham champion Patrick Reed, who automatically qualified for the U.S. Ryder Cup team, was second on the list of most-picked players this week. Reed, who beat Jordan Spieth in a playoff in 2013, finished fourth at the recent World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational and made the cut at the PGA Championship.
