Las Vegas produces first-time winners

MORE: Gallery of first-time winners in Las Vegas

In 1996, Tiger Woods claimed his first PGA TOUR win at the Las Vegas Invitational. Although the tournament name has changed a few times since then, the trend of first-time winners continues to be one of the dominant story lines in the Nevada desert.

In the last 20 years, the now-Shriners Hospitals for Children Open has produced 10 first-time winners. Not only is Woods on that list, so is Jim Furyk, who broke through in 1995 at Las Vegas Country Club. The next year, Woods won at TPC Summerlin, which continues as the host course this week.

Check out this week's field list. Which players do you think have the best chance of winning for the first time on TOUR this week?
