Preview: Mickelson-Bradley (U.S.) vs. Day-DeLaet (Int'l)

DUBLIN, Ohio -- A preview of the Friday Foursomes match between the American duo of Phil Mickelson-Keegan Bradley vs. the International duo of Jason Day-Graham DeLaet. Tee time for this match is 1:10 p.m. ET.

Phil Mickelson
18-15-10 (9-6-2 Foursomes)

Jason Day
2-3-1 (0-1-1)

Keegan Bradley
0-1-0 (0-0-0)

Graham DeLaet
1-0-0 (0-0-0)

United States: Mickelson and Bradley were 5 under and 2 up through seven holes of their Four-ball match with Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel. But the International team started to hit its stride and the Americans only made three birdies on the back nine -- two of those on the same hole. Bradley and Mickelson have proven that they're able to feed off each other, though, and their positive energy will be important in the leadoff position in Friday's Foursomes. -- Helen Ross, PGATOUR.COM

International: Despite it being his first Presidents Cup, DeLaet was the one doing most of the heavy lifting early for this duo with three birdies over the first 10 holes compared to just one for the more experienced Day. But a birdie on the last by Day proved crucial and was a huge shot of confidence for the Aussie, who calls Muirfield Village home. I'm not sure they will have enough firepower against Mickelson and Bradley, though. -- Brian Wacker, PGATOUR.COM

Helen Ross: U.S. The Americans won't have two off-days in a row.

Brian Wacker: U.S. They're not going to lose two straight.
